Faye Brennan, NASM-CPT & Certified Barre Instructor
After more than 15 years leading editorial and digital content for some of the nation’s top health and lifestyle brands—including Eat This, Not That!, Cosmopolitan, and Women’s Health—Faye Brennan turned her lifelong passion for movement into a fitness-first career. A NASM Certified Personal Trainer and certified Barre Vida Instructor, Faye combines her deep knowledge of strength training, barre, Pilates, and functional fitness with the communication and leadership skills honed from years as a C-suite executive and media creative.
She’s been training consistently since college—running half-marathons and 10Ks, lifting weights, practicing reformer and mat Pilates, and taking yoga, barre, and spin classes. Exercise has always been her anchor: a daily practice that fuels confidence, balance, and longevity.
Today, Faye brings that same energy and expertise to every class and client, helping others feel stronger, more empowered, and more connected to their best selves—inside and outside the studio. She lives in Weston, CT, with her husband and tiny maltipoo, Gwen.

JOANNA STONE
PILATES // BARRE // YOGA
Joanna Stone holds a BA in dance and theater from the University of Texas at Austin and an MA in dance from Texas Woman's University. She is fitness instructor certified through AFAA, Barre Instructor certified through Barre Vida and FlyBarre, Pilates instructor certified through ACE, and did her 200 hour yoga training with Forrest Yoga. Joanna founded and created, Barre Vida®, a barre instructor teacher training method.

Erica Dube is a fitness powerhouse with 17 years of experience as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She’s held leadership roles as the lead coach at Row House Westport and head coach at Orangetheory Fitness Ridgefield, where she inspired countless individuals to unlock their full potential.

With a decade of experience in the bustling New York City fitness scene, Melanie brings a dynamic and energetic approach to every class. As both an instructor and a mom, she knows how to make every minute count, crafting workouts that deliver quick, effective, and enjoyable results.

ANDREA PETRONI
YOGA
Andrea Petroni is a dedicated yoga instructor and Ridgefield mom who has been sharing her love for yoga since 2016. With over 20 years of personal practice and a 300-hour yoga certification, she specializes in Vinyasa classes that focus on balance and strength, empowering her students to feel strong and uplifted where everyone can thrive.
In addition to Vinyasa, Andrea offers restorative yoga, kids’ yoga, and outdoor yoga pop-up sessions, ensuring that her community has access to a variety of experiences. Her commitment to yoga’s transformative power shines through in every class, inviting students of all levels to explore their potential and find joy on the mat.
